President/Owner, has been a licensed auctioneer since 1982 and is currently licensed or approved to sell auction sales in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, . As an Ohio Real Estate Broker, he specializes in real estate and land auctions. Other specialty areas include equipment auctions such as lawn and garden or farm machinery and Standardbred and Throughbred race horse auctions. He holds the Certified Auctioneer Institute designation (C.A.I. from Indiana University), currently the Chairman Of The Ohio Auction Commission, Past President of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, two time past president of the Darke County Association of Realtors, and has won numerous bid calling awards.
     

Jim Wroda, Auctioneer, has over 20 years experience in the antique and auction business. A former stock holder of Midwest Auctioneers and Realty Inc. Jim now works with the company as an auctioneer and  antquities consultant and owns and opertates, Jim Wroda Auction Services LLC.  His specialties include high quality RS Prussia, Carnival Glass, Fenton and Art Glass auctions and general antiques. He is widely recognized as an appraiser of antiques, china and glass and is a current member of many collector clubs. 

John Neiswander C.A.I. Auctioneer/Real Estate Broker, The original founder of Midwest Auctioneers & Realty in 1975. Now with 40+ years of licensed auction experience as an auctioneer and real estate broker, John assits in the selling of real estate auctions, conducting auction real estate open houses and showings, as well as other general auctioneer duties.   

Brenda Long, Office Manager, Since 1985 Brenda has served as the company office manager, Brenda's responsibilities include advertising placement, accounting, payroll, clerking, cashiering and general office management.    

Mick Maher, Auction Coordinator, The former Chief of Greenville Area Rescue Service  with  25 years. Mick's company duties include auction cordination, set up, organization and customer relations and auction day assistance.

Deo Miltenberger, Auction Coordinator, Retired business owner of  Heating and Plumbing of Hamilton Ohio. Deo's company resposibilities include auction equipment transportation, supplies, coordination, set up and auction day assistance.

Tammy Swafford, Auction Clerk/Cashier,  Tammy holds an Accounting Degree and handles on site computer auction clerking, buyer check in, buyer settlement cashiering and auction day settlement.  

Barb Skinner, Auction Clerk/Cashier,  A former Darke County Ohio Sheriff  Dept. disptcher, Barb assists with auction buyer check in, on site computerized clerking, cashiering, buyer checkout and auction day settlement.
