Mike Baker, C.A.I. President and partner, has been a licensed auctioneer for 17 years and is currently licensed to do auction sales in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois. As an Ohio Real Estate Broker, he specializes in real estate and land auctions. Other specialty areas include equipment auctions such as lawn and garden or farm machinery and Standard bred race horse auctions. He holds the Certified Auctioneer Institute designation (C.A.I. from Indiana University) and has won numerous bid calling awards.

Jim Wroda, Vice-president and partner has over 16 years experience in the antique and auction business and has been a licensed auctioneer for 5 years. His specialties include high quality RS Prussia, Carnival Glass, and Czechoslovakian Glass auctions. He is widely recognized as an appraiser of antiques, china and glass and is a current member of many collector clubs. His current company duties include personal property division manager, estate dispersal and settlement, as well as auction set up and coordination.
